Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may be slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take additional time.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For smaller orders, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use this ID to track your package on our courier partner’s website.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses. However, we will assist in resolving delivery issues whenever possible.
International Shipping
Currently, Nirvana Ayurveda ships only within India. International shipping will be announced once available.
