1. Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange if:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Exchange Process
To raise an exchange request, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your Order ID, product details, and photo/video proof of the issue.
Once approved, we will arrange an exchange or replacement at no extra cost.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept exchanges for
Free samples or complimentary products.
Items returned without original packaging.
4. Important Notes
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
